Keefe Technical School’s Drama Company is gearing up to bring the timeless characters of the Peanuts comic strip back to life with their upcoming musical production, “You’re A Good Man, Charlie Brown.” This beloved show honors the 75th anniversary of Charles M. Schulz’s iconic creation, highlighting themes that have resonated for decades: friendship, kindness, and perseverance.
Under the direction of Erin Rettino, a passionate educator who has revitalized Keefe Tech’s theater program after several years of inactivity, students will portray classic Peanuts figures including Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Lucy, Linus, and Sally. The musical features well-known songs that explore what it means to be a good person, weaving positive values into entertaining and heartfelt performances.
Performances are scheduled for 7 p.m. on Friday, April 10, and 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, taking place at the Keefe Tech Auditorium located at 750 Winter Street in Framingham.
