Emerging harmony trio Tiny Habits has unveiled their newest single, “Wishes,” marking a significant milestone as they prepare to release their debut album, “All For Something,” on May 24, 2024, through Mom+Pop. The group, composed of Maya Rae, Cinya Khan, and Judah Mayowa, has gained recognition for their unique vocal blend and deeply personal songwriting style. Their upcoming album comprises twelve tracks that delve into themes like vulnerability, insecurity, nostalgia, love, and friendship.
Tiny Habits first captured attention while still students at Berklee College of Music in Boston by sharing harmony-rich cover songs on TikTok, quickly amassing millions of listeners. This early exposure helped them build a dedicated fan base that includes acclaimed artists such as Kacey Musgraves, Noah Kahan, Phoebe Bridgers, and Elton John. After releasing their debut EP “Tiny Things” in April 2023, the trio toured extensively, supporting Gracie Abrams across North America and Noah Kahan in Europe.
The single “Wishes” stands out as the most personal song the band has released so far. Each member contributed verses reflecting intimate struggles—ranging from family challenges and body image issues to anxiety and societal pressures to conform. Cinya Khan shared how discovering that her own experiences resonated with many listeners was eye-opening. Maya Rae described writing her verse as a healing and cathartic process, while Judah Mayowa called his contribution a pivotal moment in embracing honesty and vulnerability in his songwriting.
Produced by Tony Berg and Will Maclellan—producers known for their work with Boygenius and Phoebe Bridgers—the album features Tiny Habits’ signature angelic harmonies layered over lush musical arrangements. The “Wishes” music video has premiered on prominent platforms including MTV Live and MTVU. Through their heartfelt approach, the band aims to connect with listeners who might feel isolated by sharing raw emotions through their music.
Following a successful headline tour across North America, Tiny Habits will continue performing throughout Europe before making their debut appearance at Lollapalooza this summer. Their sincere lyricism combined with seamless harmonies continues to earn critical praise and attract a growing audience eager for their fresh sound.
